Each day the Village Bistro creates one of the their famous sumptuous Soup of the Day to match the mood of the season and more often than not the weather outside. The Village Bistro is known for it sultry butternut squash soup during the fall and winter. During the summer one might encounter a chilled variation of a rather risky gaspacio. Their soups are adventurous and always worth exploring.
